 nThis program is designed to help guide early-career researchers within th
 e first five years of a permanent position in navigating a successful care
 er path. Topics include strategic career planning, career development, pub
 lishing, and presenting research.  The program also includes mentor-protég
 é matching, a discussion on the importance of mentoring, speed matching, a
 nd mentor-protégé activities during the session and throughout the week.  
 This session presents an overview of the day’s activities and a fun activi
 ty for participants to get to know each other and build their communicatio
 n skills.
